In a distinctive manner, one of the selected projects from the personal portfolio represents, for now, a space that invites exploration. It is an apartment designed to serve both as a temporary residence for a couple wishing to have their own place by the sea, and as a short-term rental space, similar to an Airbnb.

Our proposal defines a fluid plan - a contemporary layout structured around two main rooms, covering approximately 60 square meters, including the terrace. The first room, or the main living area, is a bright and gradually unfolding space, meant to be experienced in depth. The project arranges each residential function in a natural sequence: entrance and reception, living area, dining space, and kitchenette. This intentional alignment, without any physical separations, allows the space - long rather than wide - to be perceived as one continuous room. Yet, as one moves through it, subtle distinctions appear, each zone revealing its own details and character. In the same spirit, the night area is resolved through simplicity, allowing the details to stand out effortlessly.

The entire apartment is unified by a soft grey palette - expressed through paint, furniture fronts, wallpaper, ceramics, and lighting fixtures - warmed by the texture of wood and its subtle tonal variations, reinterpreted in different forms. Metal contrasts delicately with the other finishes, introducing a subtle industrial note. It appears both in furniture elements and in detailing, ensuring long-term durability, essential for a short-term rental space.
